Absolutely. We offer packing with decluttering services to help you prepare for a move in a smart, organized way. We use high-quality supplies, color-coded labels, and pack room by room so unpacking is easier later. We don’t handle the actual move, but we’ll have everything ready for the movers.

Yes – and we don’t just unpack. We organize as we go, creating functional systems right from the start. We also haul away the used boxes and packing paper so you’re not left with a mess.

Initial Consultation

During your free initial consultation, a professional organizer will meet with you at your residence, place of business, or storage unit in the Greater Houston area. In some cases, we also offer virtual consultations for added convenience. We’ll take time to understand your goals for the space, answer your questions, and assess what needs to be done. If it feels like a good fit, we’ll go ahead and schedule your organizing session.

Organizing Session

When we return for your session, we’ll get straight to work. Depending on your preferences, we’ll either work alongside you or handle the tasks independently. We’ll stay focused on your goals and work efficiently until the session ends or the project is complete.

No – in fact, we prefer that you don’t! We’ll sort and declutter first, then make tailored product recommendations if needed. If you’d like us to pick up and implement the products for you, we can do that too.

That’s completely up to you. Some clients want to be fully involved in every decision. Others prefer to relax and let us handle the heavy lifting. Whether you have a clear plan or feel completely overwhelmed, our team can meet you where you are and guide you every step of the way.

Never. Your belongings are yours to keep or let go of – we’re simply here to support you. We’ll offer encouragement and help you make decisions, but we never pressure. If you choose to donate items, we’ll gladly haul them away for you at no extra charge.

Organizing sessions are typically 5 hours, with a 3-hour minimum. The total time depends on:

  • The size of the space

  • The volume of items we are sorting

  • How quickly decisions are made

Some projects can be done in a single session, while others may take multiple days. We’ll provide a time estimate during your consultation and work as efficiently as possible.

Clutter King provides estimates based on the scope of your project. During your free consultation, we’ll offer a clear overview of the time, team size, and projected cost to reach your goals. Larger or more complex jobs may be eligible for a custom flat-rate quote. Payment is typically collected at the end of each session, and we accept all major forms of payment.

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. That gives us time to adjust our calendar and offer the spot to another client.

Absolutely. We respect your space, your time, and your privacy. Your personal information and anything discussed or discovered during your sessions stays 100% confidential. If you’d rather not tell your neighbors who we are – we’ll remain discreet.

No – Clutter King does not offer consignment or resale services.

Yes! Clutter King serves Greater Houston and surrounding areas. If you’re located farther out, we do travel – a trip charge may apply. Contact us for details.
